ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., July 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced the acquisition of Winnipeg, Manitoba-based Belton Boisselle Ltd.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Belton Boisselle Ltd. is an employee benefits, group retirement, and individual insurance broker and consultant offering group benefit and retirement plans, individual life and living benefits, as well as investment strategies, to clients across Western Canada, primarily in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Roger Belton, Kasey Boisselle and their associates will remain in their current Winnipeg location under the direction of Leslie Lemenager, head of Gallagher's international employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
