MEXICO CITY, Feb. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo LALA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: LALAB) ("Grupo LALA", "LALA" or the "Company"), a Mexican company focused on healthy and nutritious foods, informs that, pursuant to the power delegated by the General Shareholders Meeting through the resolution dated April 24, 2014, on February 5, 2016 the Company's Board of Directors decided:

A cash dividend payment of $0.54 pesos per share for each of the outstanding shares representing LALA's total Capital Stock on the date of payment. This dividend will be paid in four installments, corresponding to the following dates and with the delivery of the corresponding coupon:

Regarding the stock certificates deposited in the S.D. Indeval Institución para el Depósito de Valores S.A. de C.V, payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made through such entity, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective shareholders' contracts with intermediary custodians.
