Coupe and sedan versions of the 2006 Honda Civic will be available with 1.8-liter 140-horsepower engines. The current 2005 Civic has a 127-horsepower engine. The cars are expected to get about 30 miles per gallon in city driving and 40 on the highway when equipped with an automatic transmission. The cars will also be available with a 5-speed manual transmission. |
