The heart collection is a perfect primer for the company's exotic blends, which ingredients like paprika and curry. We especially liked the "Black Pearl," a ginger and wasabi infused dark truffle whose elusive flavors floated past the nose and throat.
Also excellent was the "Absinthe," reminiscent of a strong aperitif. Its dark ganache was mixed with anisette liqueur, fennel and a hit of Chinese star anise.
