Cadillac Escalade
The previous Escalade was a bona fide hit for Cadillac. It not only sold well, it gave the brand a welcome shot of hipness and show-biz cachet.That means the latest version of the Escalade has a lot riding on its factory-available 22" wheels. The new SUV has a smoother shape than the previous model, and a more luxurious interior and design touches that are found on all Cadillacs now. "The original Escalade really paved the way for the latest models. Its visual details aren't just picked arbitrarily," says Cadillac's David Schiavone. "Things like the eggcrate grill and the vertically-stacked head and tail lamps are part of our design heritage, just modernized for today." |
