George Lazenby was in just one Bond flick. And with ticket sales of just $22.8 million, it was the third lowest grossing Bond movie ever.

No matter what the critics and moviegoers say about Craig's performance, people should get used to him playing Bond. It appears that Craig will not be the next George Lazenby, who famously appeared in just one Bond film, "On Her Majesty's Secret Service."

Craig is already set to star in the next Bond film, yet to be titled, which is tentatively scheduled for release in 2008. And Craig could very well be Bond for many years beyond that.

Dergarabedian compares the new Bond film to last year's "Batman Begins," which is credited with breathing new life into that franchise after some silver screen duds about the Caped Crusader in the mid-to-late 1990s.

"You mess with the formula at your peril but if you are going to do it you have to do it right and the producers of 'Casino Royale' did. They've definitely shaken and stirred this up," he said.
