The fund employs a "passive management" - or indexing - investment approach designed to track the performance of the WisdomTree Emerging Markets Equity Income Index. It attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the common stocks that make up the index. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of the highest dividend yielding stocks selected from the WisdomTree Emerging Markets Dividend Index. The fund is non-diversified.
