Investment Objective

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible- before fees and expenses- the performance of the S&P 500- Equal Weight Index Energy Total Return (the "underlying index"). The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in component securities included in the underlying index. The index is an unmanaged equal weighted version of the S&P 500- Energy Index that consists of common stocks of companies that comprise the Energy Sector of the S&P 500- Index- including companies operating in the exploration and production- refining and marketing- and storage and transportation of oil and gas and coal and consumable fuels. The fund is non-diversified.
