Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances- the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in small-cap companies. It primarily invests in stocks of U.S. small-cap companies including- for example- those with market capitalizations between $100 million and $3 billion at the time of purchase. The fund invests primarily in domestic equity securities.
