Investment Objective The investment seeks high current dividend income while also focusing on total return for long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities of certain domestic and foreign corporations that pay dividend income, that it believes are undervalued relative to the market and to the securities' historic valuations. It may invest without limitation in the securities of foreign issuers that are publicly traded in the United States or on foreign exchanges, provided that no more than 25% are invested in emerging markets.
