Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by normally investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings made for investment purposes) in debt instruments issued by Emerging Market Sovereign- Emerging Market Quasi-Sovereign and Emerging Market Corporate issuers. Its investments in derivatives and other synthetic instruments that have economic characteristics similar to these investments will be counted toward satisfaction of the fund's 80% investment policy.
