Investment Objective The investment seeks to provide long-term investment results that correspond to the total return of the BlackRock CoRI Retirement Index 2019 (the "CoRI Index 2019" or the "index"). Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in fixed-income securities or other financial instruments, including derivatives, that (a) are components of the CoRI Index 2019, or (b) have economic characteristics similar to securities contained in the CoRI Index 2019 and are issued by issuers of securities contained in the CoRI Index 2019.
