Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances- the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of U.S. large-capitalization companies. It invests principally in equity securities of large-capitalization companies- which the managers define as companies with market capitalizations within the range of the S&P 500 Index at the time of purchase. The market capitalization range of the S&P 500 Index was approximately $3.278 billion to $873.9 billion- as of October 31- 2017 and is expected to change frequently.
