Investment Objective The investment seeks to provide above average dividend yields with the potential for long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective under normal market conditions by investing, directly and indirectly (e.g., through investments in derivatives or other pooled investment vehicles), at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity investments that pay or expect to pay dividends. The term "equity investments" refers to direct and indirect investments in common stocks, preferred stocks and convertible securities. It is non-diversified.
