Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of mid-capitalization companies. It may invest up to 20% of its net assets in securities of foreign issuers and non-dollar securities. The sub-adviser defines mid-capitalization companies as companies with market capitalizations within the collective range of the Russell Midcap and S&P MidCap 400 Indices.
