Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation with a secondary goal of current income. The fund seeks capital appreciation by investing primarily (at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. common stocks. It may also invest in real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). The fund invests in "undervalued" companies with medium to large capitalizations (in excess of $2 billion) that the Adviser believes are of sound financial quality and are actively traded in the market.
