Investment Objective The investment seeks current income and secondarily seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in publicly traded equity and debt securities of master limited partnerships ("MLPs") focused in the energy infrastructure sector- and in equity and debt securities of other companies focused in the energy infrastructure sector. It may invest up to 15% of its net assets in securities that are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933 or that otherwise may not be sold in a public offerings- which are commonly known as "restricted" securities. The fund is non-diversified.
