Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large-capitalization companies. Large-capitalization companies are considered to be those that at the time of purchase have a market capitalization equal to or greater than that of the top 80% of the companies that compose the Russell 1000 Index. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in equity securities of foreign issuers, including ADRs and similar investments. It may invest in ETFs, derivative instruments, U.S. government securities and other short-term securities.
