Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large-capitalization companies. The advisor considers large-capitalization companies to be those with market capitalizations equal to or greater than the largest 80% of the companies within the Russell 1000 Index. It may invest up to 20% of its net assets in equity securities of foreign issuers- including American Depositary Receipts. The fund may also invest in U.S. government securities and other short-term securities such as money market instruments and repurchase agreements.
