Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term growth of capital through a diversified and actively managed portfolio consisting of developing growth companies, many of which are traded over the counter. To pursue its objective, the fund invests primarily in the equity securities of companies the portfolio management team believes demonstrate above-average, long-term growth potential. It invests at least 65% of its net assets in equity securities of small companies. The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in foreign companies, including emerging market companies and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").
