Investment Objective The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in U.S. micro-cap stocks. It generally considers a stock to be a micro-cap stock if, at the time of purchase, its market capitalization is within the range of capitalizations of companies in the Russell Microcap  Index. The fund may retain securities that it already has purchased even if the stock outgrows the capitalization limits.
