Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital growth. Under normal circumstances- the fund invests at least 80% of its assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small-cap companies. In implementing this policy- the fund primarily invests in common stocks of small-cap companies. For purposes of the fund- a small capitalization company has a market capitalization within the range represented in the Russell 2000- Growth Index. The market capitalization range of the Russell 2000- Growth Index will change with market conditions.
