Investment Objective The investment seeks total return with capital preservation as a secondary objective. Under normal circumstances- the primary asset class for achieving the fund's total return objective is low-rated corporate bonds- or "high yield bonds" / "junk bonds." The Sub-Adviser defines high yield bonds as those rated lower than Baa3 by Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") or lower than BBB- by Standard and Poor's Rating Group ("S&P")- or if unrated- determined by the adviser to be of similar credit quality. It is non-diversified.
