Investment Objective The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund primarily invests in stocks of U.S. mid-cap companies. It defines a mid-cap company as one whose market capitalization at the time of purchase falls approximately between $750 million and $20 billion. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in mid-cap companies.
