Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in the common stock of companies without regard to market capitalization. It invests its assets in equity securities of companies which the fund's Sub-adviser believes will provide a higher total return than that of the index. The fund may invest up to 25% of its net assets in foreign securities- including American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").
