Investment Objective The investment seeks long term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including amounts borrowed for investment purposes) in equity securities of small capitalization companies. It will primarily invest in common stock. The fund's managers consider small capitalization companies to be companies with capitalization within the range of the capitalization of those companies included in the Russell 2000 Value Index at the time of purchase.
