Investment Objective The investment seeks growth of capital. The fund's principal investment strategies are growth- value and "focused." It is managed by two subadvisers- one manages the large-cap growth portion of the fund and the other manages the large-cap value portion of the fund. The fund will invest approximately 50% of its assets in the large-cap growth portion of the fund and 50% of its assets in the large-cap value portion of the fund. It normally invests at least 80% of its net assets- plus any borrowing for investment purposes- in large-cap companies. The fund is non-diversified.
