Investment Objective The investment seeks maximum capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. It invests primarily in the common and preferred stocks of small-capitalization U.S. companies. Skyline generally considers a company to be a "small-capitalization" company if its market capitalization falls within the range of the market capitalization of companies in Russell 2000 ® Index at the time of purchase.
