Investment Objective The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in mid-capitalization companies. The term "mid-capitalization companies" refers to companies with capitalizations that, at the time of purchase of securities of such companies, are within the range of capitalizations of companies in the Russell Midcap ® Index (the "index").
