Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of companies with small market capitalizations that the sub-advisor, DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc., believes have the potential for growth and that appear to be trading below their intrinsic value. For purposes of the fund, a small capitalization company has a market capitalization at the time of purchase within the range represented in the Russell 2000 ® Value Index (between approximately $19 million and $4.983 billion as of December 31, 2014).
