Investment Objective The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of foreign issuers; and up to 20% of its total assets in emerging market equity securities. It is a gateway fund that invests substantially all of its assets in the International Value Portfolio, a master portfolio with a substantially identical investment objective and substantially similar investment strategies. The fund invests principally in the equity securities of foreign issuers.
