Avantair, Inc. provides aviation services. It operates through three flight service programs: Fractional Ownership program, Axis Lease program and Edge Card program and Axis Club Membership program. The Fractional Ownership program provides sale of fractional ownership interests in aircrafts. The Axis Lease offers leasing private aircrafts. The Edge Card program and Axis Club Membership program offers sale of flight hour cards. The company was founded by Steven F. Santo in June 2003 and is headquartered in Clearwater, FL.
