Company Description

Alamos Gold, Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and extraction of precious metals, primarily gold in Mexico and the United States. The company owns and operates the Mulatos mine and holds the mineral rights to the Salamandra group of concessions in the State of Sonora, Mexico, which includes several satellite gold occurrences. It also owns the Agi Dagi, Kirazli, Esperanza gold and Çamyurt gold development projects in Çanakkale Province on the Biga Peninsula of northwestern Turkey. The company was founded on February 21, 2003 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
