The AOL Networks segment consists of AOL's offerings to publishers and advertisers utilizing AOL's third-party advertising network as well as Brand Group and Membership Group inventory sold by AOL Networks. AOL was founded by Stephen M. Case in 1985 and is headquartered in New York, NY.
