Company Description

Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is a real estate investment trust, which owns and manages portfolio of upper-upscale and luxury hotels and resorts in North American and European locations. Its existing hotels are operated under the upper upscale and luxury brands of Fairmont, Four Seasons, Hyatt, InterContinental, JW Marriott, Loews, Marriott, Ritz-Carlton and Westin. The Hotel del Coronado is operated by a specialty management company, KSL Resorts. The company was founded in January 2004 and is headquartered in Chicago, IL.
