Berry Plastics Group, Inc. manufactures and markets plastic packaging, plastic film, specialty adhesives and coated products. It operates through three segments: Rigid Packaging, Engineered Materials and Flexible Packaging. The Rigid Packaging segment comprises of both Rigid Open Top and Rigid Closed Top, which includes sales containers, foodservice items, housewares, closures, overcaps, bottles, prescription containers and tubes. The Engineered Materials segment consists of pipeline corrosion protection solutions, specialty tapes and adhesives, polyethylene-based film products, and can liners served to a variety of end markets including oil, water and gas infrastructure, industrial and consumer-oriented end markets. The Flexible Packaging segment consists of high barrier, multilayer film products as well as finished flexible packages such as printed bags and pouches. Berry Plastics Group was founded on November 18, 2005 and is headquartered in Evansville, IN.
