Company Description

CEC Entertainment, Inc. develops, operates and franchise family dining and entertainment centers. It operates franchise stores under the brand name Chuck E. Cheese's. The company's stores features both family dining and entertainment areas where each store offers the same general mix of food, beverages, entertainment, and merchandise including musical and comic robotic entertainment, games, rides, and play areas, as well as a variety of dining options including pizza, sandwiches, a salad bar and desserts. CEC Entertainment was founded by Nolan Bushnell in May 1977 and is headquartered in Irving, TX.
