The Racing Operations segment includes Churchill Downs Racetrack, Arlington Park Racecourse, Calder Race Course and Fair Grounds Race Course. The Online Business segment includes TwinSpires.com, an Advance Deposit Wagering business that is licensed as a multi-jurisdictional simulcasting and interactive wagering hub in the state of Oregon; Fair Grounds Account Wagering, an Advance Deposit Wagering business that is licensed in the state of Louisiana; Bloodstock Research Information Services, data service provider for the equine industry and equity investment in HRTV, LLC, a horseracing television channel. The Gaming segment includes Harlow's Casino Resort & Hotel, Calder Casino, Fair Grounds Slots and Video Services LLC. The Other Investments segment includes United Tote Co. and United Tote Canada, which manufactures and operates pari-mutuel wagering systems for racetracks, off-track betting facilities and other pari-mutuel wagering businesses; Churchill Downs Simulcast Productions LLC a provider of television production to the racing industry; and other minor investments. Churchill Downs was founded in 1875 and is headquartered in Louisville, KY.
