Company Description

China Natural Gas, Inc. engages in the providing of pipeline natural gas for industrial, commercial and residential use and compressed natural gas (CNG) for vehicular fuel. It has three business segments: retailing natural gas company-owned natural gas fueling stations, delivering natural gas services to residential, commercial and industrial customers, and conversion of gasoline-fueled vehicles to hybrid powered vehicles. The company was founded on March 31, 1999 and is headquartered in Xi'an, China.
