The company operates through three business segments: Shrink Management Solutions, Apparel Labeling Solutions, and Retail Merchandising Solutions. The Shrink Management Solutions segment provides shrink management and merchandise visibility solutions to retailers. It consists of electronic article surveillance (EAS) systems, EAS consumables including Alpha solutions, store security system installations, monitoring solutions (CheckView), radio frequency identification (RFID) systems, software, tags, and labels. The Apparel Labeling Solutions segment provides apparel retailers, brand owners, and manufacturers with a single source for all their apparel labeling requirements. It includes a web-enabled apparel labeling solution and network of service bureaus to manage the printing of variable information on price and promotional tickets, adhesive labels, fabric and woven tags and labels, and apparel branding tags. The Retail Merchandising Solutions segment includes hand-held label applicators and tags, promotional displays, and queuing systems. Applications of these products include retail security, asset and merchandise visibility, automatic identification, pricing and promotional labels, and signage. The company was founded in June 1977 and is headquartered in Thorofare, NJ.
