Company Description

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is a fully-integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust that owns and operates a real estate portfolio comprised predominantly of Class A office and Office/Flex properties located primarily in the Northeast. The company operates its business through two segments: Real Estate and Construction Services. It performs substantially all commercial real estate leasing, management, acquisition, development and construction services on an in-house basis. The company was founded on May 24, 1994 and is headquartered in Edison, NJ.
