Company Description

Cascade Microtech, Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, and markets wafer probing solutions for the electrical measurement and testing of advanced semiconductor chips, circuit boards, modules, MEMS, 3D TSV, LED devices, and more. The company operates through two business segments: Systems and Probes. The Systems segment includes the sale of engineering probe stations. The Probes segment stations provide precise and accurate measurement of semiconductor electrical characteristics during chip design or when optimizing the chip fabrication process. Cascade Microtech was founded by Eric W. Strid and K. Reed Gleason in 1983 and is headquartered in Beaverton, OR.
