Modcomp operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, which markets and sells its products through its own direct sales force and provides solutions and services for complex IT environments including storage and servers, unified communications solutions, IT security solutions and consulting services. The company was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Billerica, MA.
