Company Description

Dillard's, Inc. owns and operates retail department stores and internet stores. It offers a wide selection of merchandise, including fashion apparel for women, men and children, accessories, cosmetics, home furnishings and other consumer goods. The company operates through two segments: Retail Operations and Construction. The Retail Operations segment includes operations on a store by store basis. The Construction segment includes constructing and remodeling stores for the company. The company was founded by William T. Dillard in 1938 and is headquartered in Little Rock, AR.
