Daily Journal Corp. publishes newspapers and web sites covering California and Arizona. It also publishes the California Lawyer magazine, and produces several specialized information services. It also serves as a newspaper representative specializing in public notice advertising. The company operates through two segments: Traditional Business and Journal Technologies. The Traditional Business segment provides newspaper, magazine publishing and related services. The Journal Technologies segment is an aggregation of three technologies operating segments-Sustain, New Dawn and ISD. The Sustain, New Dawn software and ISD businesses segment engages in the supply of case management software systems and related products to courts and other justice agencies, including administrative law organizations and bar associations. Daily Journal was founded on December 31, 1969 and is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
