The Marketing segment's primary objectives are to maximize the value of the natural gas purchased by company's gathering systems and the throughput on its gathering and intrastate wholesale customer pipelines and to mitigate financial risk. It also has trucks, trailers and railcars for transporting natural gas liquids, crude oil and carbon dioxide. Enbridge Energy Partners was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Houston, TX.
