ERF Wireless, Inc. provides critical infrastructure wireless broadband communications products and services to a broad spectrum of customers in primarily rural oil and gas exploration areas of North America. It also provides quality broadband services and critical communications services to residential, oil and gas, educational, health care and regional banks in rural areas. The company operates its business through four segments: Wireless Bundled Services, Wireless Messaging Services, Enterprise Network Services and Energy Broadband. The Wireless Bundled Services segment provides wireless broadband products and services to commercial and individual customers throughout the wireless industry. Wireless Messaging Services segment manufactures paging transmitter equipment, repairs and maintains paging infrastructure equipment and supplies high-power paging transmitters to the wireless messaging industry. The Enterprise Network Services segment provides product and service to operate an enterprise-class encrypted wireless banking network business. The Energy Broadband division provides wireless connectivity to rural oil and gas locations primarily via Mobile broadband trailers. ERF Wireless was founded by H. Dean Cubley in 2003 and is headquartered in League City, TX.
