Environmental Tectonics Corp. designs, manufactures and sells software driven products and services used to recreate and monitor the physiological effects of motion on humans and equipments to control, modify, simulate, and measure environmental conditions. The company operates through two business segments: Aerospace Solutions and Commercial/Industrial Systems. The Aerospace Solutions segment designs, manufactures and sells aircrew training systems, altitude chambers, and advanced disaster management simulators. This segment offers aircrew training services to both commercial and government military defense agencies both in the U. S. and internationally. It also sells its disaster management simulation training and products to fire and emergency training schools, and state and local governments. The Commercial/Industrial Systems segment manufactures and sells sterilizers, environmental control devices, hyperbaric chambers and parts and service support to pharmaceuticals, medical device manufacturers, commercial automobile manufacturers and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning manufacturers. Environmental Tectonics was founded by William F. Mitchell in 1969 and is headquartered in Southampton, PA.
