The Cooper segment manufactures, markets and sells electrical products, including circuit protection, hazardous duty electrical equipment, intrinsically safe explosion-proof instrumentation, emergency lighting, fire detection and mass notification systems, security products, support systems, enclosures, specialty connectors, wiring devices, plugs, receptacles, switches, lighting fixtures and controls. The Hydraulics segment is a global leader in hydraulics components, systems and services for industrial and mobile equipment. The Aerospace segment supplies aerospace fuel, hydraulics and pneumatic systems for commercial and military use. The Truck segment designs, manufactures and markets a complete line of drive train and power train systems and components for performance, fuel economy and safety for commercial vehicles. The Automotive segment supplies automotive drive train and power train systems for performance, fuel economy and safety, including critical components that reduce emissions and fuel consumption and improve stability, performance, fuel economy and safety of cars, light trucks and commercial vehicles. The company was founded on May 10, 2012 and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
