The company's subsidiaries include Farmers Bank & Capital Trust Co., United Bank & Trust Co., First Citizens Bank and Citizens Bank of Northern Kentucky, Inc. It also owns FCB Services, Inc., a nonbank data processing subsidiary, which provides services primarily to its bank subsidiaries and also owns EKT Properties, Inc., which is involved in real estate management and liquidation for certain properties repossessed by the company's subsidiary banks. Farmers Capital Bank was founded on October 28, 1982 and is headquartered in Frankfort, KY.
