The company's products include vacuum insulated containment vessels, heat exchangers, cold boxes, other cryogenic components, respiratory and therapy products, are used throughout the liquid gas supply chain for the purification, liquefaction, distribution, storage and end-use of hydrocarbon and industrial gases. It operates through three segments: Energy and Chemicals, Distribution and Storage, and BioMedical. The Energy and Chemicals segment consists of products, including engineered equipment and systems for the energy and chemicals markets, primarily heat exchangers, Core-in-Kettle units, cold boxes, process systems and LNG vacuum insulated pipe. The Distribution and Storage segment supplies cryogenic equipment to the global bulk and packaged industrial gas industry, as well as for energy-related applications. The BioMedical segment includes respiratory products, cold storage systems and commercial oxygen generation systems. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Garfield Heights, OH.
